Next, we do our own valuations that are independent of the entrepreneurs’. Then, our team collaborates in evaluating the industry and doing a thorough competitive analysis. Finally, we collaborate with the entrepreneur and investors in structuring and negotiating the investment vehicle and terms which best incentivize all parties involved.

Beginning in the XVIII century, the industrial revolution led to increasing urbanization throughout the XIX and XX centuries, culminating in today’s growing Mega Cities.
